Delano Police Dept.
The Delano Police Department recently began searching for its first Computer Aided Dispatch and Records Management System. From the beginning, we decided that the system had to be integrated, user friendly and capable of meeting the departments needs for many years. Budget constraints dictated that the annual maintenance costs be kept to a minimum.
TracNet was selected in June of 2003 and we went “live” on September 1, 2003. The support we received from TracNet was outstanding. Friendly, personal attention during the transition from a “paper” system to an automated one made the process easier for everyone involved.
